Management Plan

After meeting with the Condominium or Community Association representatives, MATTISON RAYMOND GROUP establishes a management plan for every property in order to pursue clearly defined objectives in order to meet the needs of the community.

Management of Condominiums and Community Associations requires a specialized team dedicating time, energy, knowledge and skill.  We recognize that every property has a dynamic all its own and undergoes constant change.  Therefore, our principals closely monitor the management of every account and are always accessible to our client representatives.

MATTISON RAYMOND GROUP strongly believes that in order to insure maximum success, there must be a good working relationship between the Community Board, Management, and residents.  Therefore, public relations within the community and providing 24-hour access to Management in the event of any emergency are priorities which we believe translate into resident satisfaction and client retention.

The Property Manager responsible for your property, will make regular inspections evaluating the property presentation and curb appeal, as well as interface with the residents to determine the effectiveness and satisfaction of services provided.  Rules and Regulations, established by the Association, will be enforced by Management. 

We will consistently monitor and report on income and expenses, progress of planned improvements and programs, and staff performance.  Complete financial and operating reports will be provided to the Board and your Property Manager will attend all Board Meetings.
